Welcome to the Doodldog NFT Collection! By participating in the purchase or sale of any NFTs within this collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ownership: When you purchase a Doodldog NFT, you are acquiring a digital representation of artwork created by Doodldog. You own the NFT, but not the underlying intellectual property rights to the artwork.

  2. Use: As the owner of a Doodldog NFT, you have the right to display and showcase the artwork in digital galleries, social media, or other online platforms. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Doodldog.

  3. Donations: A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Doodldog NFTs will be donated to dog shelters and related charitable organizations. By participating in this collection, you acknowledge and support our charitable initiatives.

  4. No Liability: Doodldog and its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the purchase, sale, or use of Doodldog NFTs. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, copyright disputes, or inaccuracies in the artwork.

  5. Third-party Services: Doodldog may utilize third-party platforms or services for the creation, sale, and storage of NFTs. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

  6. Copyright: Doodldog retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork featured in the NFT collection. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork without prior written consent.

  7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doodldog and its creators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of Doodldog NFTs.

  8. Modification of Terms: Doodldog reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official channels.

By participating in the Doodldog NFT Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing or using Doodldog NFTs.

Returns & Exchanges (ONLY FOR MERCH):

  1. Eligibility: Customers may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 6 days of receiving their merchandise, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  2. Conditions: Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

  4. Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size, color, or style may be accommodated based on product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
